Building better workplaces begins with how we communicate.
At Kinetic, progress is driven not only by technology and innovation but also by the people who bring ideas to life. Clear communication, professional conduct and effective collaboration are essential to building stronger teams. Keeping this in focus, the KWV Learning & Development (L&D) Team organised a training session on Communication Skills & Email Etiquettes on 26th September 2026, bringing together 62 employees from KWV, KEL, MAIPL-Range-X and BIRTHDAY Creative LLP.
The session was facilitated by Ms. Dipti Inamdar from the Indian Institute of Training & Development. With over 22 years of experience in teaching and professional training, including more than 13 years specialising in communication skills, personality development, grooming, team building and workplace etiquette, she brought valuable industry insights and practical learning to the session.
The programme began with an address by Mr. Sabareesan, General Manager (R&D – KWV), who highlighted the importance of effective communication and professional email etiquette in creating clarity, strengthening collaboration and building meaningful workplace relationships.
Moving beyond theory, the session focused on practical ways to communicate with greater confidence, structure and professionalism. Participants explored the essentials of effective email writing, workplace etiquette and clear message delivery. Interactive activities, including message communication exercises, storytelling, tongue twisters and practical demonstrations, encouraged employees to participate actively and understand how communication can influence everyday workplace interactions.
The session concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Ganesh Meher, Deputy Manager (Finance – KEL), who expressed his appreciation to Ms. Dipti Inamdar for her engaging delivery and valuable insights. A flower bouquet was presented to her as a token of gratitude. The initiative reflects an important aspect of professional growth: developing the skills that help people work better together. From writing a clear email to communicating an idea in a meeting, small improvements in how we express ourselves can make a meaningful difference to teamwork and productivity.
