Today, he plays a critical role in Customer and Plant Coordination, where every task centers around one goal: customer satisfaction through seamless execution.

Ganesh starts his workday early, arriving at Kinetic by 8 AM. He begins with internal team coordination and soon moves into planning and problem-solving mode. By 9 AM, he’s fully engaged in strategy, operations, and aligning priorities.
