Arzoo Alamin Entrepreneur: Inspiring Future Leaders
From Storytelling to Legacy: Arzoo Alamin Inspires Future Entrepreneurs at Midas School of Entrepreneurship
Our Director, Arzoo Alamin, was recently invited as a guest speaker on the Midas School of Entrepreneurship podcast, where she shared her journey of leadership, entrepreneurship, and purpose-driven innovation. During the conversation, she reflected on the experiences that shaped her career, the importance of storytelling in business, and her vision for building meaningful brands that create lasting impact.
Growing up in a humble family in Pune, she learned the values of resilience, accountability, and independence from an early age. A quiet yet highly observant child, she developed a deep understanding of people and human behaviour, qualities that would later become the foundation of her leadership style and creative vision. She believes that observing the world with curiosity has been one of her greatest strengths, enabling her to craft authentic stories that connect with people.
Her professional journey has been anything but conventional. From modeling and sales to visual merchandising, branding, entrepreneurship, and electric mobility, she embraced every opportunity as a learning experience. Rather than pursuing a predetermined destination, she focused on continuous growth and eventually founded BIRTHDAY, believing that every idea deserves a beginning. For her, storytelling is more than a marketing tool it is the emotional bridge that transforms businesses into memorable brands.
As Director of Kinetic Watts & Volts, she also discussed the responsibility of leading a legacy brand into the future of electric mobility. While manufacturing and creative branding may seem worlds apart, she believes both are rooted in understanding people and solving real problems. She emphasised that creativity and strategy must work hand in hand, supported by strong systems and accountability to drive sustainable innovation.
The podcast also offered valuable lessons on confidence, leadership, and entrepreneurship. She candidly spoke about overcoming self-doubt, navigating difficult decisions, and leading with consistency rather than seeking validation. Her advice to aspiring entrepreneurs was simple yet profound: don’t wait until you feel ready. Take the first step, trust the process, and keep moving forward despite uncertainty. Closing the conversation, Arzoo reflected on the legacy she hopes to leave behind not one measured by revenue or recognition, but by integrity, courage, and purpose. Through both BIRTHDAY and Kinetic, she hopes to inspire future generations to build something meaningful, stay true to their values, and create a positive impact that extends far beyond business.
