In September 1995, Ganesh Chintal joined Kinetic as a Trainee Engineer. With technical experience and a deep desire to grow, he stepped into the company with purpose. Over the next 29 years, his consistent effort and ability to adapt to change helped him evolve into a key pillar within the organization.

A Career Built on Versatility

Ganesh’s journey is marked by steady professional growth. From Senior Engineer – Production to Assistant Manager – Projects, and then to Manager – Business Development, he wore many hats. Today, he plays a critical role in Customer and Plant Coordination, where every task centers around one goal: customer satisfaction through seamless execution.

A Day in the Life of Ganesh Chintal

Ganesh starts his workday early, arriving at Kinetic by 8 AM. He begins with internal team coordination and soon moves into planning and problem-solving mode. By 9 AM, he’s fully engaged in strategy, operations, and aligning priorities.

His daily schedule includes:

Team calls to assess maintenance needs
Supporting various departments
Responding to customer requirements
Ensuring execution is aligned with expectations

Ganesh’s leadership style combines clarity, focus, and calm confidence—traits his colleagues value greatly.

Ganesh credits much of his mindset to the leadership of Padmashri Dr. Arun Firodia and Mr. Ajinkya Firodia. Their clear vision and decisiveness have influenced how he approaches challenges and decision-making.

“Kinetic has transformed from a two-wheeler giant into an auto-component powerhouse. Witnessing and contributing to this evolution has been incredibly fulfilling,” says Ganesh.

One of Ganesh’s most cherished memories is walking the ramp as a biker during a Kinetic event. It wasn’t just fun—it symbolized how dynamic and inclusive life at Kinetic can be, regardless of age or title.
