Nalin plays a critical role in the development of software for the Kinetic DX and DX+ platforms. His work sits at the core of vehicle intelligence, where he designs, builds, and refines the software that powers performance, efficiency, and reliability. Along with his team, he develops programs that are rigorously tested on vehicles as well as in controlled laboratory environments. By analysing real-world and test data, he continuously optimises the software to ensure every enhancement delivers a smoother and more dependable riding experience.
What truly sets Nalin apart is his deep commitment to the end user. While his role demands high technical expertise, his mindset remains grounded in empathy. He actively seeks customer feedback and strongly believes that great technology should feel intuitive. For Nalin, software is not just about code—it is about creating seamless, human-centric experiences. Many of the thoughtful features found in Kinetic’s electric platforms exist because they are built with the rider’s perspective at the centre.
Nalin has been part of the Kinetic family for over two years, and his journey has been nothing short of inspiring. When he first joined, there were doubts—even among close colleagues—about whether he would thrive in such a demanding, technology-driven role. During the early phases of the Kinetic DX project, Nalin took on responsibilities beyond defined boundaries. He worked closely with international suppliers, including coordinating with China-based partners for motor controller development. He contributed to application-level research and collaborated across teams to solve complex technical challenges. His colleagues describe him as honest, supportive, hardworking, highly skilled, and deeply creative—a dependable team player who consistently uplifts those around him.
