29 Years of Dedication, Leadership, and Pride at Kinetic

This month, we’re proud to shine the spotlight on Adinath Suryawanshi, a remarkable example of growth, perseverance, and commitment within the Kinetic family.

Adinath’s journey began in 1996, when he joined Kinetic as a young technician. Over the past 29 years, his dedication, hands-on expertise, and relentless drive have elevated him to a key leadership role, managing the entire electronic maintenance operations at our Nagar Plant.

In 2010, after earning his diploma through correspondence, his efforts caught the attention of Vice Chairman Mr. Ajinkya Firodia during a plant visit. Impressed by Adinath’s work ethic and focus, VC Sir ensured he was promoted. With continued support from his department head, Adinath steadily climbed the ranks to become Manager – Electronics Maintenance, playing a crucial role in plant operations.

Each day, Adinath starts early, coordinating with contractors, reviewing night shift updates, and resolving any technical issues that may arise. He strongly believes in solving problems in-house, fostering a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation among his team.

One of his proudest moments came during a critical machinery breakdown. Despite the urgency and late hours, Adinath and his team worked tirelessly to restore operations. The next day, he received a personal call of appreciation from VC Sir—a moment that remains close to his heart.

Today, Adinath plays an active role in monitoring production lines, ensuring smooth operations, and regularly reporting to leadership. He speaks highly of the strong teamwork at the Nagar Plant, where mechanical and electronic departments function seamlessly to meet goals.

Looking back at his journey, Adinath says,

“I’ve seen Kinetic through its highs and lows. But since VC Sir took charge, there’s new momentum and positivity. It’s an honour to be part of this transformation and to grow alongside the company.”
