MEHFIL-E-SHAAM: AN EVENING OF CELEBRATION, LEADERSHIP AND TOGETHERNESS

On 16th December, the organisation came together for a heartfelt evening titled Mehfil-e-Shaam, a thoughtfully curated celebration held in honour of the Director at KWV and Founder of BIRTHDAY. Designed to go beyond a conventional birthday celebration, the evening became a tribute to leadership, people, and the shared journeys that define the organisation’s culture.
Colleagues from KWV, KEL Nagar, and Team BIRTHDAY gathered to mark the occasion, creating an atmosphere rooted in warmth, inclusivity, and belonging. From the very beginning, the focus remained on relationships and values rather than formality—reflecting a people-first culture across teams.

A meaningful segment of Mehfil-e-Shaam was dedicated to recognising individuals who contribute consistently to the organisation’s progress. New team members were welcomed with warmth, reinforcing a culture of inclusion, while the Member of the Month was felicitated for dedication and commitment.
This recognition highlighted a core belief—that sustainable growth is shaped by people who work quietly yet purposefully, strengthening the organisation from within.

The celebration reached a joyful high point with birthday wishes, felicitation, and cake cutting, as team members with December birthdays were also honoured. The evening concluded on a vibrant note with a special dance performance by Team BIRTHDAY, followed by a soulful Sufi performance that added emotional depth and cultural richness to the celebration.
