Founders Day 2025: Celebrating the Spirit of Kinetic

On 1st October, the Kinetic family came together to celebrate Founders Day 2025 — a day dedicated to honouring the remarkable vision of the Late Mr H. K. Firodia. His leadership, values, and innovation continue to guide Kinetic even after five decades. This year’s celebration was more than an event; it was a heartfelt tribute to the people, culture and relentless progress that define the Kinetic legacy.

Honouring a Rich Legacy of Innovation

Employees from across the Kinetic ecosystem joined the celebration —
Kinetic Engineering Limited, Kinetic Watts & Volts, BIRTHDAY: A Creative Space by Kinetic, and Kinetic Communicants Limited.
Together, they represented every era of Kinetic’s evolution.

The afternoon featured emotional stories and nostalgic moments from Kinetic’s early days. Team members recalled breakthrough ideas that transformed Indian mobility and challenges that turned into opportunities. Every story echoed the vision of a founder whose spirit continues to inspire new generations.

A Heartfelt Connection Between Past and Future

One of the most touching highlights was the felicitation of employees who recently booked the new Kinetic DX. Joined by their families, they stood as proud ambassadors of Kinetic’s next chapter. Their decision reflected trust in the brand’s journey and confidence in a future driven by electric, sustainable, forward-looking mobility.

The event also highlighted the true strength of the organisation — its people.
From long-serving team members who have dedicated decades to Kinetic, to the young creative minds shaping its next phase of transformation, every contribution was celebrated.

As the celebration came to an end, one message stood out clearly:
Kinetic’s greatest asset is its people.

Machines and technologies may shape mobility, but it is the passion, resilience and shared belief of the Kinetic family that keep the legacy alive. Founders Day 2025 wasn’t just a commemoration — it was a celebration of continuity and change, of legacy and innovation, of heart and drive.

29 Years of Dedication, Leadership, and Pride at Kinetic

This month, we’re proud to shine the spotlight on Adinath Suryawanshi, a remarkable example of growth, perseverance, and commitment within the Kinetic family.

Adinath’s journey began in 1996, when he joined Kinetic as a young technician. Over the past 29 years, his dedication, hands-on expertise, and relentless drive have elevated him to a key leadership role, managing the entire electronic maintenance operations at our Nagar Plant.

In 2010, after earning his diploma through correspondence, his efforts caught the attention of Vice Chairman Mr. Ajinkya Firodia during a plant visit. Impressed by Adinath’s work ethic and focus, VC Sir ensured he was promoted. With continued support from his department head, Adinath steadily climbed the ranks to become Manager – Electronics Maintenance, playing a crucial role in plant operations.

Each day, Adinath starts early, coordinating with contractors, reviewing night shift updates, and resolving any technical issues that may arise. He strongly believes in solving problems in-house, fostering a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation among his team.

One of his proudest moments came during a critical machinery breakdown. Despite the urgency and late hours, Adinath and his team worked tirelessly to restore operations. The next day, he received a personal call of appreciation from VC Sir—a moment that remains close to his heart.

Today, Adinath plays an active role in monitoring production lines, ensuring smooth operations, and regularly reporting to leadership. He speaks highly of the strong teamwork at the Nagar Plant, where mechanical and electronic departments function seamlessly to meet goals.

Looking back at his journey, Adinath says,

“I’ve seen Kinetic through its highs and lows. But since VC Sir took charge, there’s new momentum and positivity. It’s an honour to be part of this transformation and to grow alongside the company.”

Adinath Suryawanshi’s story is more than just one of career progression—it’s a testament to what can be achieved through loyalty, skill, and passion. We are privileged to have leaders like him inspiring the next generation at Kinetic.
